QA/QC Introduction

We regard product quality with utmost importance and believe that product quality is the foundation and future of our company, leads to customer satisfaction, and adds value to our pricing structure. All of our operations, including research, manufacturing, and shipping are utilize strict quality control methods. Our QC department has 10 employees who are responsible for the following:
1) Checking the quality of all raw and processed materials
2) Handling customers' requests, analyzing product quality statistics, and following up to ensure improvements have been made
3) Analyzing the related documents, using systematic statistical methods, and supervising disposal of abnormal products
